Tara Tvedt-Pearson
Tara Tvedt-Pearson is a certified Project Management Professional and has more than 10 years experience in project management, human resources and psychology. She heads up project management for the dms Organization conglomerate.

Formerly, Mrs. Tvedt-Pearson was employed as the HR manager at Marriott’s OceanWatch Villas at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, SC. In this role, she was instrumental in leading the bottom-up creation and development of the entire HR department to support the operational and sales components and staff of the resort.

Mrs. Tvedt-Pearson has a BA in psychology with a minor in Spanish from St. Mary’s University, Winona, MN. As well as being a member of the global Project Management Institute, she is also a founding member of the PMI Cayman Islands Chapter. Dedicated to serving the local community, Mrs. Tvedt-Pearson is also a member of the Corporate Green Team Network, a volunteer group committed to promoting environmental responsibility as a corporate and personal value.
