Krista Pell

Krista Pell has more than 13 years experience in the people management and learning and development sector.  She is the Vice President of People Development for the dms Organization conglomerate. 

As an Adult Learning Specialist, Mrs. Pell has taught in a variety of fields including retail, hospitality, financial services, operations and business management.

She possesses a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University as well as her SPHR designation from the HR Certification Institute, internationally recognized as the top HR designation in North America.  Mrs. Pell is dedicated to serving the Cayman community, volunteering her time as a Drama Director, as Lead Advisor for Junior Achievement, as a Board Member for Junior Achievement and as a member of the CI National Women’s Rugby Team.
